Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the face of our studio, welcoming members and prospective clients with a smile and a warm greeting. Your primary responsibility will be to sell memberships and promote our fitness programs to help our studio thrive.

You will work closely with our trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
