Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.

Manage Schedules and Reports

Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a noisy environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
