About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist Biochemist to join our team at the University of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our research institute, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in biochemistry and contributing to the advancement of our understanding of complex biological systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute experiments to investigate biochemical processes and mechanisms
  • Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and inform research directions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement research projects
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of biochemical principles and their applications
  • Contribute to the development of research proposals and grant applications
Requirements
  • PhD in Biochemistry or a related field
  • 3-5 years of postdoctoral research experience
  • Strong background in biochemical principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
