About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC. as a Restaurant Team Lead. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
  • Customer Service
