We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team at MicroShield Auto Care. As an Automotive Refinishing Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the repair
- Plan and Execute repair work, including filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces
- Clean and Maintain the work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Apply Primers and Paints to restore the vehicle's original finish
- Mask and Tape auto body surfaces to prepare for painting
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the automotive refinishing industry
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail required to ensure a high-quality finish
