Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their training requirements and develop effective learning strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of training programs, including classroom sessions, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its efficient operation.
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for creating impactful training experiences. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred; however, extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 10-13 years of proven experience in learning and development within a complex organization, or 14-17 years of experience if a degree is not held.
  • A deep understanding of various training methodologies, models, and programs.
  • Experience working in the engineering/construction industry is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
