Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
