About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at 1405871 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any cleaning-related issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting
