Customer Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team at Fastlaneautoexchange. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to set up their EDealer accounts and inventory feeds, ensuring all information is accurate prior to launching their services.
You will work closely with our development team to design and launch websites that meet our clients\u2019 needs, and provide training and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fully remote role with a regular schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with clients to set up accounts and inventory feeds
- Liaise with clients to determine website design requirements
- Work with our development team to design and launch websites
- Provide training and support to clients
- Assist clients with launching their new EDealer website and services
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- English (required), French (an asset)
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred
