Customer Implementation Specialist

Fastlaneautoexchange is seeking a highly skilled Customer Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, from initial setup to successful launch of their EDealer website and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with clients to set up accounts and inventory feeds, ensuring accurate information prior to launch.
- Liaise with clients to determine website design requirements and effectively communicate with our internal design team.
- Work with our development team to create the designed website.
- Review the website with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate and train new end-users on Content Management Systems and Inventory/Lead management tools.
- Assist clients with launching their new EDealer website and services.
- Address any post-launch issues with client sites.
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Two or more years of customer service experience.
- English (required), French (an asset).
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred.
- Effective leadership skills, strong focus on operations and business processes.
- Strong customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Organized with ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent administration skills.
