About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and ensure compliance with specifications and customer expectations.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client concerns and requests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with clients, management, contractors, and employees to complete reports, inspections, and client requests.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily operations, including inventory management and equipment coordination.
  • Source, train, and orient new employees, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating company values and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure service providers comply with company quality, security, and safety mandates.
  • Review daily site evaluations to ensure safety, security, and service standards are met.
  • Create action plans to resolve facility issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain service schedules according to client needs.
  • Monitor staff absence and turnover, ensuring flexible cover arrangements.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and communicate with Operations Managers.
  • Monitor employee performance and apply progressive discipline as needed.
  • Operate within labor cost budgets and implement approved operational policies.
  • Generate new account leads and respond to sales inquiries.
  • Protect company and client assets from misuse and damage.
  • Address and report safety or security issues to the Director of Operations.
  • Handle emergency procedures and assist as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience in operations of a service-related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and oral English, bilingual skills preferred.
  • Organized and able to interpret and execute account specifications, agreements, budgets, and duty lists.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner.
