Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the lab and the photo counter.
  • Provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner to customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Stay current with changes in photography technology and innovations in the industry through independent research, training materials, seminars, and awareness of competitive activity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of management retail experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of photography and a commitment to staying current with changes in the industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Conditions

As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, as needed. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
