Culinary Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sous-Chef to assist in managing our kitchen operations at Breezy Corners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Evaluate operating expenses and analyze relevant data
  • Develop and innovate new recipes
  • Guide and instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Prepare and cook meals for various events
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen personnel
  • Order and manage supplies and kitchen equipment
  • Design menus while ensuring high standards of food quality
  • Train team members in food preparation methods
Supervisory Role:

Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 kitchen staff.
