Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking sales and service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and directing employees to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and service targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage sales, fulfillment, and referral opportunities to improve share of wallet and acquire new customers.
- Monitor sales and service performance against plan to identify gaps, issues, and best practices, and develop and implement action plans to close performance gaps and resolve issues.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- In-depth knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
- In-depth knowledge of all branch operational processes and policies.
- In-depth knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives.
