We are seeking a Sales Management Trainee to join our organization. In this position, you will be tasked with managing branch activities, which encompass sales, inventory control, budgeting, and operational oversight. You will also mentor and train branch personnel under the guidance of the District Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training, and overseeing team members
- Administering branch financials and stock levels
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Implementing health and safety regulations
- Enhancing brand visibility
- Coordinating warehouse and sales functions
- Acquiring knowledge in sales and project oversight
- Managing stock levels and procurement
- Grasping credit and collection processes
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in supervisory roles and sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue goals
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
