We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Quality Officer to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Client Feedback Management: Provide expert support to our leadership team in managing client feedback activities, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring timely and effective triaging of complaints.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance patient care.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to client feedback and quality improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Education and Training: Develop and deliver educational programs and presentations to healthcare professionals, promoting best practices in client relations and quality improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive directors, medical directors, and managers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare profession.
- Experience: Three years' recent related client relations experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge of pertinent laws and legislation, client relations and quality improvement processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to lead and facilitate inter-disciplinary groups.
