Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Earl of Whitchurch. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that their needs are met.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
- Transportation/Travel: Own transportation
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
