The University of New Brunswick is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the Wallace McCain Institute. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving the mission of building and nurturing the most interconnected community of entrepreneurial business leaders in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the Institute's objectives
- Oversee program development, financial management, and regional expansion
- Cultivate and expand the Institute's network of entrepreneurial leaders, mentors, and partners
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding the Institute's performance and future direction
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and University policies
We are seeking a proven leader with experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a non-profit, educational institution, or entrepreneurial organization. You should have demonstrated success in strategic planning, program development, and financial management. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of stakeholders.
