About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RobotHouse Automation Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages.
  • Office Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, maintaining an inventory of essential materials.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Technology Support: Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting and maintaining office equipment and software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
