YOUR IMPACT:

The Lead Financial Analyst will oversee the creation and presentation of essential financial analyses and reports, including Cloud Margin and Product Investment Models. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical capabilities and a robust technical foundation, with a commitment to continuous improvement. This position will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A, who in turn reports to the Senior Director of FP&A.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

  • FP&A leadership for critical reporting areas that support the Chief Digital Officer's organization.
  • Accountable for the delivery of vital financial analysis reports, including Cloud Margin and Product Investment Model (PIM), utilized by key executive leadership team members across CDO and Finance.
  • Engagement in software contract evaluations and financial governance throughout the CDO organization.
  • Provision of highly sophisticated financial analyses with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration with key non-financial stakeholders to collect and analyze costs and margins.
  • The candidate should have experience navigating complex environments and be adept at making decisions in uncertain situations to facilitate optimal business outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel modeling to interpret and manage extensive datasets.
  • Experience in developing PowerBI reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A.
  • CPA designation with strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding MS Excel modeling skills for managing large datasets.
