Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Mon Sheong Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, and providing strategic guidance to support the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other department managers to support overall organization goals and objectives, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of related experience in not-for-profit environments with in-depth knowledge of Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively.
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
