Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

With a strong focus on high-quality software platforms, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the growing online gaming industry. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to management.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- External Reporting: Prepare and submit external reports, including audits and compliance reports, as required.
- Subject Matter Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in financial data and systems, and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
