Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and maintaining office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
