Paper Machine Operations Manager

Kap Paper Inc is a leading manufacturer of paper products, deeply rooted in forest activities. Our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship is paramount. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supervisor to lead our paper machine manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coach and mentor employees to optimize performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve paper manufacturing stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent – Paper Mill to drive operational and CAPEX plans to resolution.
- Identify and prioritize shutdown work activities for planning and execution.
- Review and monitor daily issues to support operators and maintenance services.
- College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in a related field.
- English language proficiency, with French considered an asset.
