We are seeking a Payroll Lead to oversee our payroll operations. In this role, you will be tasked with managing payroll processes for both Canada and the US, directing year-end procedures, and contributing to various payroll projects. If you possess a strong background in handling extensive payroll systems and demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, manage, and reconcile payroll for Canada and the US
  • Oversee comprehensive year-end payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with various reporting obligations
  • Maintain the structure of payroll general ledger accounts
  • Engage in payroll system upgrades and implementations
  • Document and uphold processing guidelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years in payroll processing
  • Experience with expatriate and commuter payroll systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Current PCP or FPC certification
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information
