About the Role

Lifemark is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, and educating clients on various topics.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement treatment plans, including job coaching and accommodation recommendations
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)
  • Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs
