About the Role

As a Design Studio Associate, you will play a vital role in guiding homeowners through their design journey, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for showcasing our product offerings, assisting with color selections, and answering design-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to homeowners during showroom hours.
  • Conduct informative tours of the design studio, highlighting features and available options.
  • Assist customers with color selections, identifying their style preferences and individual requirements.
  • Process payments and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a well-organized showroom by tidying samples and ensuring they are displayed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the Design Studio Open House Team Lead on labeling and reorganizing products.
  • Assist with reselects or discontinued products.
  • Answer homeowner questions promptly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Completion or enrollment in an Interior Design or Architecture diploma or degree program.
  • Proven experience in customer service is essential.
  • Excellent command of the English language and strong listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and assist multiple homeowners simultaneously.
  • Understanding of price charts, floor plans, and design guides.
  • High degree of professionalism and etiquette.
