About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Design Studio team as a Design Studio Associate. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and assistance to homeowners during open house hours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer excellent customer service and assistance to homeowners during browsing hours.
  • Provide tours of the showroom, highlighting features and available options.
  • Assist with color selections, identify customer needs, and answer design-related questions.
  • Process payments and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure samples are tidy and organized.
  • Conduct weekly checks of product inventory.
  • Assist the Design Studio Open House Team Lead with labeling and reorganizing products.
  • Support reselects or discontinued products.
  • Answer homeowner questions and provide product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Completion or enrollment in an Interior Design or Architecture diploma or degree program.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent command of the English language and good listening skills.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle problem situations.
  • Must be able to multitask and assist multiple homeowners simultaneously.
  • Must have the ability to understand price charts, floor plans, and design guides.
  • High degree of professionalism and etiquette is required.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
