About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at 2840009 Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and productivity.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business results.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to drive business success.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
