- Experience: Minimum 8 years of event and marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading program teams in the planning and execution of successful event programs.
- Education: Degree or diploma in a related field, such as event management, marketing, or communications.
- Skills: Advanced expertise in event design, production, and management, with a strong understanding of brand identity and event trends.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, build strong relationships, and manage multiple stakeholders.
