Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Quicker Instruments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours30 hours per week.
