About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Quicker Instruments Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of sales operations in the region.
    • Manage and control sales budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and goals.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership or management.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
