Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments.
  • Leading/instructing groups to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
