About the Role

Fiera Foods Company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a warehouse setting. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that goods are properly stored and secured.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Participate in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • Work Setting: Warehouse or manufacture environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, permanent work term, English language, 30 to 40 hours per week.
