Job Summary

Apollo Health & Beauty Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport materials and products throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks and walkie forklifts, to transport materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that packaging areas are properly supplied with materials and that products are removed from packaging lines in a timely manner to maintain continuous production flow.
  • Manage the movement of pallets of materials and products to keep packaging and staging areas clear and organized at all times.
  • Adhere to all health and safety requirements and regulations, including those related to the operation of forklifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with duties of other handlers as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid forklift safety training certificate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, noise, and temperature extremes. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
