Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move merchandise and supplies throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory flow and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by conducting regular safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales floor and merchandising presentation goals.
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Retail experience.
  • Supervising a team.
