Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Envision Foods (Mississauga) LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality control.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Tray Assembly and DeliverySupervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Permanent work term
- Work language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
