About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at RK Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu and exceptional customer experience.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on our culinary standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
