About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at EROS CONVENTION CENTRE. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our clients and guests, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate special events and functions, including planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
