Position Overview

Job Type: Hybrid

Reporting to the Head of the Communications and Marketing Service | Digital Communication and Marketing Branch, the incumbent will provide guidance and support in marketing strategies, particularly in the realm of social media, while serving as a consultant to colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer advice and support to internal stakeholders in promoting their initiatives: developing distribution strategies, crafting key messages, identifying communication channels, and selecting optimal content formats.
  • Engage actively in strategic and creative discussions for projects.
  • Oversee all phases of content creation: from strategic planning and ideation to production, post-production, and delivery across various social media platforms.
  • Plan, write, create, and disseminate compelling content that educates and informs the audience, aligning with the institution's priorities and guidelines.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and enhance content strategies.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in digital platforms, social media, management tools, and industry best practices.
  • Enhance the institution's visibility by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, digital media, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of a French language assessment.

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
