We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 9066-5720Québec inc. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and promote a positive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in French is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
