Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that daily operations are planned, organized, and executed efficiently.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare related forms.
- Team Leadership: Lead and instruct a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Benefits: Eligible for a bonus.
