- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, and lead by example to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate and that waste is minimized.
- Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
