We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Qwelli l'art du gelato inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 individuals and ensuring the smooth operation of our gelato shop.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and instruction to team members, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
