Job Overview

Bausch & Lomb is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our pharmaceutical products in a designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Utilize your selling skills to effectively communicate product key messages to customers, develop new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Territory Management: Take an entrepreneurial approach to managing the territory and achieving sales objectives, demonstrating strategic agility and business acumen to analyze the territory and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer expectations and building trust, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business or Sciences is required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
