**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at T&B Chinese Cuisine Inc. As a chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating delicious dishes for our customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff
* Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
* Create new recipes
* Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
* Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
* Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions
* Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
