Small Engine Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Small Engine Equipment Specialist to enhance our team. Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
What does the role entail and what makes it appealing?
- Engaging with a diverse array of acreage machinery and brands, including:
- Massey Ferguson, Cub Cadet, Stihl, & Toro products, among others;
- Sub-compact acreage machinery alongside lawn and garden tools, as well as a variety of handheld devices.
- Performing diagnostics, electrical repairs, general maintenance, and pre-delivery assessments of equipment.
- Completing essential pre-season evaluations and updates for machinery.
- Participating in Manufacturer training sessions.
- Documenting detailed notes on work orders and suggesting additional maintenance for equipment.
- Executing tasks both in the workshop and in the field as necessary.
- Exhibiting expertise in diagnostic methodologies.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required by our operations.
What qualifications are we looking for?
- We are interested in a Small Engine Equipment Technician, although we are open to considering apprentices or individuals with other trade qualifications.
- Experience with sub-compact acreage machinery and small engine equipment is a plus.
- A problem solver who can navigate complex repair and diagnostic challenges.
- Proficiency in computer and communication skills is essential.
