Small Engine Maintenance Specialist
Agriterra Equipment stands as one of North America's premier AGCO dealers, representing top-tier brands such as Massey Ferguson, Cub Cadet, Stihl, and Toro. We are seeking a dedicated Small Engine Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team. Prior experience in small engine maintenance is highly valued.
What does the role entail and what makes it engaging?
- Engaging with a diverse array of acreage machinery and brands, including:
- Massey Ferguson, Cub Cadet, Stihl, & Toro products, among others;
- Sub-compact acreage machinery alongside lawn and garden tools and a variety of handheld devices.
- Conducting diagnostics, electrical repairs, general maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections of machinery.
- Responsible for executing pre-season assessments and updates on equipment.
- Participating in Manufacturer training sessions.
- Documenting detailed notes on work orders and providing recommendations for additional maintenance needs.
- Performing tasks in both the workshop and field as required.
- Exhibiting proficiency in diagnostic methodologies.
- Assuming additional responsibilities as directed by our team.
What qualifications are we seeking?
- We are interested in a Small Engine Equipment Technician (apprentices or individuals with other trade qualifications will also be considered).
- Experience with sub-compact acreage machinery and small engine equipment is advantageous.
- A problem solver who can navigate complex repair and diagnostic challenges.
- Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication.
