We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1675559 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and staff supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
