About the Role

As a Corporate Security Manager, you will work closely with our Director of Business Integration to oversee our corporate security program. This includes enhancing policies and procedures, managing personnel security, security event management, training, testing, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve our corporate security programs, collaborating with operational security risk owners across the organization.
  • Identify and manage corporate security risks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate security programs, including personnel security.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain our corporate security policies and procedures.
  • Support our business continuity program and build effective working relationships with staff and management.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on corporate security trends and lead the investigation of sensitive corporate security incidents.
  • Create and deliver security training and awareness campaigns, and participate in post-incident evaluation exercises.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in corporate security management and risk management. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in creating and delivering training and awareness campaigns.

Requirements

  • Specialized knowledge and experience in corporate security management and risk management.
  • Strong written and communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience as a people leader in corporate security, providing advice, guidance, direction, and assessing performance.
  • Language Requirements: BBB (bilingualism in French & English, intermediate level)
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain a Secret Level Security Clearance
